1. The CFC-Fixtures 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙥 𝙤𝙧 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚. The forms will remain stable and are a reliable place to hold parts such as gears or pinions for optimal results in the heat treatment process.

2. CFC-Fixtures are 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙩. They don’t carburize, etc.

3. The CFC materials have a 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝘾.𝙏.𝙀. 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚, which means that they don’t change their dimensions in the heat, including the quenching, which is oil quenching in this application.

4. The 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙘𝙮𝙘𝙡𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙨 are much lower than for steel fixtures.

5. 𝘼𝙪𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 of the handling of the parts and of the Rack components is 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚.
